Hope Services seeks an Assistant Program Manager to support high quality programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Reporting to the Program Manager, you'll coordinate daily program operations, assist with individualized service plans, track outcomes, and ensure regulatory compliance. You'll coach direct service staff, communicate with clients, families, and partners, and help plan community based activities that promote inclusion. This mission driven role is ideal for a detail oriented, organized professional passionate about person centered services and collaborative, compassionate teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Support Program Manager with day to day program operations and scheduling
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring person centered service plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and required reports
  • Monitor program quality and ensure compliance with agency, state, and funder requirements
  • Coordinate community based activities that promote inclusion and skill development
  • Provide coaching and guidance to direct support staff and volunteers
  • Communicate regularly with clients, families, caregivers, and partner agencies
  • Track program outcomes and assist with data collection and basic analysis
  • Help address client issues, incidents, and service barriers promptly and professionally
  • Contribute to training, staff meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
