The Case Manager III (Reentry, Housing & Employment Stability) supports Goodwill’s mission by providing advanced case management, housing navigation, and employment coordination for justice-involved and at-risk adults. This role ensures participants move from crisis to stability through integrated housing, supportive services, and employment pathways—including subsidized employment and job placement. The CM III also mentors peers, supports program improvement, and ensures compliance with funding and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities Reentry & Housing Stabilization (30%)Conduct comprehensive intake and individualized service plans within 24 hours of enrollment.

Provide short- and medium-term housing navigation, including habitability checks, landlord outreach, and coordination with reentry partners.

Develop and regularly update individualized Housing Stability Plans to address participants’ housing needs, barriers, goals, and action steps.

Process rental assistance payments accurately and on time, while coordinating with landlords to obtain required documentation, verify rent amounts and ledgers, resolve payment issues, and maintain ongoing communication regarding payment status.

Provide tenant and landlord support by addressing tenancy concerns, resolving issues, and providing tenant education and resources to promote housing stability.

Reduce client crisis through the provision of supportive services aligned with BSCC ARG4 goals.

Conduct ongoing risk and needs assessments every 30 days to identify barriers, update service plans, and support participant stability.

Connect participants to behavioral health, substance-use, and benefits resources as needed.

Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure timely service updates in Case Worthy.

Track 30-180-day housing retention, documenting progress and outcomes in Case Worthy.

Employment Support & Workforce Development (40%)Increase client income by connecting 77 participants with 12 weeks of subsidized employment through the NOW (New Opportunity Work) Program.

Deliver employability skills training covering resume writing, digital literacy, and interview readiness.

Process and approve time and attendance for working participants

Work with HR onboarding team to orientate and process new hires

Perform program intake, conduct assessments, hiring paperwork and termination paperwork.

Provide ongoing case management and regular 1:1 meetings for participants enrolled in subsidized employment.

Coordinate with the Employment Specialist to ensure 62% of participants transition from subsidized to permanent employment.

Track 30-180-day job retention, documenting progress and outcomes in Case Worthy.

Support participants in accessing additional workforce training or credential programs.
