About the RoleAs a Robot Motion Data Collector
, you’ll wear sensor equipment and perform natural human movements that the robot will learn from. Your motion data directly trains AI models, making your work essential to the robot’s development. You’ll also help identify issues, provide daily feedback, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
- Wear motion‑capture sensors and guide the robot through human‑like movements
- Collect clean, high‑quality motion data for AI training
- Identify and report issues, bugs, or irregularities during sessions
- Provide daily feedback to engineers and robotics specialists
- Maintain a safe, focused, and organized production/lab environment
- Strong computer skills (data entry, basic testing, Microsoft Office)
- Experience in production, warehouse, lab, or manufacturing environments
- Ability to follow structured processes with precision
- Familiarity with electronics, sensors, or computer systems
- Excellent physical coordination, balance, and spatial awareness
- Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
- Coachable, adaptable, and eager to improve
- Thrives in fast‑paced, goal‑driven settings

You’ll work in a production/lab setting alongside engineers and technicians. The work can be repetitive, but it’s mission‑critical — every movement you perform helps teach the robot how to move safely and intelligently.

This is a Contract position based out of San Jose, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
