Sr. Software Engineer in Test

As a Sr. Software Engineer in Test, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, integrity, and end‑to‑end behavior of Logitech’s Core and Gaming software platforms. You will build scalable systems and frameworks that verify platform functionality, validate complex integrations, and support NPI readiness.

In this role, you will design and develop intelligent validation frameworks and system‑level tooling to continuously assess platform behavior across evolving integrations. This includes building automated validation systems, leveraging AI‑driven techniques, and ensuring platform readiness for new product launches.

This role emphasizes building platforms and infrastructure to ensure software reliability and correctness, while contributing to broader software engineering efforts when needed.

• Build Platform Validation Systems: Design and develop scalable systems that ensure platform reliability, integration integrity, and NPI acceptance criteria.

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• 5+ Years of Hands‑On Software Development
  
  Experience:
  
  Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python or C/C++), with a strong foundation in system design and architecture.
• Experience Building Validation or Verification Systems: Background in developing systems that ensure correctness, reliability, or integration quality at scale.
• Familiarity with AI‑Powered Testing Tools and Techniques: Knowledge of leveraging AI tools and strategies to enhance system testing efficiency or coverage.
• Experience with System Integration Testing: Hands‑on experience validating complex system integrations within platforms to ensure seamless performance.
• Automation & Framework Development: Proven ability to build scalable automation or validation frameworks.
• Problem‑Solving and Innovation: Demonstrated ability to identify unconventional testing solutions and successfully implement them to address platform‑level challenges.
