Drive innovation in design, validation, and deployment of high‑performance ICs within the Firmware Engineering team. Base salary range is $140,000 – $180,000 a year. Eligible for bonus, equity, and full benefits.
Responsibilities- Design and develop DSP firmware; implement DSP algorithms and flows.
- Co‑design interfaces with SDK; collaborate with hardware and applications.
- Develop firmware for high‑speed SERDES IP at 100G/400G.
- Validate performance; create Python and C solutions; support field design‑ins.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in EE/CS; 10+ years experience in firmware, C and Python; strong debugging and data analysis skills; solid computer architecture and operating system knowledge.
