Software Engineer Graduate (Global CRM) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsible for building and maintaining a Global CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Platform and Transaction Platform for sales and marketing agents/partners, working closely with the Sales Operations Management Platform (SOMP) to create a stable, flexible, and smart platform. We enhance commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction through various intelligent marketing tools, ensure the stability and security of customer fund transactions, and reach a balance between revenue, risks, efficiency, and client experience for the monetization of Tik Tok.
- Work on backend development of Byte Dance's proprietary CRM platform.
- Turn Byte Dance's proprietary CRM into an enterprise‑ready, market‑leading SaaS platform leveraging best practices from the industry.
- Understand users' personalized requests and come up with scalable technical solutions.
- Build a globalized CRM system with high performance and availability across multiple regions.
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Professional experience with Java is preferred.
- Professional experience with Spring Boot and/or other Microservice frameworks is preferred.
- Professional experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, etc.) is preferred.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $122,574 - $256,000 annually.
