Our team supports Tik Tok's advertising operations, providing capabilities for advertising billing, fund account management, fund marketing, fund settlement, and budget control. These capabilities ensure accuracy, security of advertisers' funds, operational efficiency, and compliance. As a graduate engineer, you will develop and manage the real‑time‑charges system for billing events at a scale of billions, ensuring billing accuracy and system stability.

• Design and develop applications related to Tik Tok's monetization capital business (advertising billing, fund account management, fund marketing, fund settlement, and budget control).
• Resolve stability challenges including high concurrency, system scalability, and disaster recovery.
• Continuously optimize the system to evolve rapidly with business needs and support growth.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Completion or recent completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong coding and documentation style.
• Familiarity with components such as MySQL, Redis, Flink, Elastic Search, Kafka, and RPC.
• Hands‑on experience developing software with Java.
• Strong communication skills and ability to integrate technology with business needs.

The base salary range for this position in San Jose is $122,574 – $256,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. The role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
