* Role and Responsibilities:

*** Design, implement, and optimize system‐level and backend services in
** Rust or Go.
*** Debug complex issues across services, integrations, and network layers.
* Build and maintain components that interact with
** TCP/UDP
** protocols, streaming data sources, and real‐time systems.
* Collaborate cross‐functionally to integrate with internal and external APIs and services.
* Contribute to strong engineering practices including code reviews, documentation, and operational readiness.
* Follow disciplined
** SDLC
* * processes to ensure maintainability, reliability, and secure delivery.
*
* Skills and Experience:

*** At least 10 years of overall programming experience with strong programming experience in
** Rust or Go** (or other compiled languages with intent to transition).
* Solid debugging skills across systems boundaries (services, integrations, networking).
* Strong understanding of
** network fundamentals,
** including:  + TCP/UDP  + Network latency, packet flows, connection management  + Streaming data patterns & back pressure
* Experience working with
** git
* * and modern software development workflows.
* Proven ability to work in a disciplined engineering environment (testing, CI, documentation, peer reviews).
** Nice to have Skills
*** Familiarity with
** Helm charts
** and Kubernetes application deployment.
* Experience with
** containers** (Docker, container tools) and
** secure containers**.
* Understanding of
** edge security concepts
** and secure software practices.
* Exposure to
** Dev Ops pipelines**, CI/CD systems, or Git Hub Actions / similar tools.
