Our Business Integrity team has a strong user focus and dedication to technical excellence. We build an industry‑leading Ads Risk Control system that rewards high‑quality user experience and establishes trust between customers and business service providers. As a Software Engineer Intern, you will learn comprehensive domain knowledge in ads moderation, risk control, and policy, and contribute to building scalable systems and tools.

• Build highly scalable systems including ad fraud detection, risk control, and ads integrity systems to improve user experiences with ads across the platform.
• Collaborate with users to build next‑generation knowledge base systems, including search engines, workflow automation, AI‑empowered tools, etc.
• Contribute to the success of a rapidly growing and evolving organization with speed and quality.
• Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally in a fast‑paced environment.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent programming, debugging, and optimization skills in a general‑purpose programming language.
• Ability to think critically and formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way.
• Proactive communication with team members.

• Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to Go, C/C++, Python, Java.
• Knowledge in one of the following areas: full‑stack, large‑scale systems, data.

• Hourly rate range: $45‑$60 (selected city).
• Interns have day‑one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and more.
• Interns receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 hours if hired in second half).
• Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for a housing allowance.
