Opportunity Overview
As a Dev Ops Pipeline Automation Intern, you will play a key role in building and optimizing automation workflows that accelerate software delivery and testing. This position offers hands‑on experience with modern CI/CD practices and scripting for real‑world engineering challenges.
You Will- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops and Jenkins.
- Automate build and test workflows with Python and YAML scripting.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate regression testing into pipelines.
- Build scripts to aggregate test results and generate high‑level summaries.
- Support continuous improvement by documenting processes and sharing best practices.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and version control systems (SVN or Git).
- Strong Python scripting skills for automation tasks.
- Ability to write and maintain YAML‑based pipeline definitions.
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and/or Jenkins pipeline configuration.
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks (e.g., pytest).
- Knowledge of artifact management and build orchestration.
- Strong problem‑solving and debugging ability.
- Effective communication and collaboration in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
Location:
Onsite in San Jose, September - December 2026.
We are only considering candidates local to the position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
CompensationThe base hourly range for this role is $25.50 - $47.00. This range is a good‑faith estimate and will align with experience and skill set. The amount may fluctuate depending on demand and location.
