Job Summary:
This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks to enhance release quality and engineering productivity. The successful candidate will focus on API, integration, and regression testing, while also contributing to critical UI automation for key workflows. You will collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop automated test suites for APIs, integrations, and workflows.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated quality gates.
- Debug and resolve issues across UI, service, and data layers.
- Maintain critical UI automation for essential user journeys.
- Partner with engineering teams on test strategy and execution.
- Proven experience in test automation ownership.
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages.
- Extensive experience testing backend APIs and services.
Candidates with experience in e-commerce or online marketplace platforms are preferred.
