Responsibilities
Responsible for building and maintaining a Global CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Platform and Transaction Platform for sales and marketing agents/partners, working closely with the Sales Operations Management Platform (SOMP) to create a stable, flexible, and smart platform. We enhance commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction through various intelligent marketing tools, ensure the stability and security of customer fund transactions, and balance revenue, risks, efficiency, and client experience for monetization.
Key Responsibilities- Work on backend development of Byte Dance's proprietary CRM platform.
- Turn Byte Dance's proprietary CRM into an enterprise‑ready, market‑leading SaaS platform leveraging best practices from the industry.
- Understand users' personalized requests and come up with scalable technical solutions.
- Build a globalized CRM System with high performance and availability across multiple regions.
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Professional experience with Java is preferred.
- Professional experience with Spring Boot and/or other microservice frameworks is preferred.
- Professional experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, etc.) is preferred.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $122 574 – $256 000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package; this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
