Position: Tech Lead / Architect

The Opportunity

This role will build and launch a new product within Adobe, leading a team of engineers, designers, and prototypers to bring the product to life, test it with customers, and demonstrate product‑market fit. It offers the chance to operate like a startup founder while leveraging the resources of a large, innovative technology company.

The Challenge

As a Full Stack Tech Lead / Architect you will design and build a next‑generation platform that enables enterprise brands and creators to collaborate on influencer marketing campaigns end‑to‑end. You will define the architecture of the new product from the ground up, ensuring enterprise‑grade standards for scalability, reliability, and security, while supporting rapid experimentation and iteration. A core part of the platform will involve Agentic AI systems that streamline and automate workflows such as discovery, contract management, creative ops, analytics, and optimization.

You will contribute to the design and implementation of AI‑native architectures, orchestrating LLM‑powered agents and building evaluation frameworks, observability, and trust mechanisms needed for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities
  • Guide and mentor a dedicated group of engineers throughout the entire development process, from research and technical design to security assessment, implementation, and delivery of web application features.
  • Collaborate to define and refine the product roadmap, user experience priorities, and schedule, ensuring the application meets user needs and expectations.
  • Own the product’s development life cycle, closely monitoring progress, identifying risks, and escalating to senior leadership as needed.
  • Build and mentor a strong team that grows both professionally and personally.
  • Combine data and personal instincts to make informed decisions and drive the team’s progress at a rapid pace, balancing speed and quality.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive culture that supports a positive and productive work environment.
  • Champion engineering excellence, contributing to the architecture and high‑level structure of applications.
  • Drive process improvements across the broader engineering organization and shape company‑wide engineering practices.
What is needed to succeed
  • BA, BS, or MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in software engineering, demonstrating deep understanding of development principles and methodologies.
  • 6+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, successfully managing and guiding teams to deliver high‑quality software.
  • Strong technical and analytical abilities, with experience developing large‑scale, enterprise‑grade web applications that meet high standards for scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Expertise in evaluating system architecture, including full‑stack technologies and agent‑based systems; experience with LLM‑powered applications, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation pipelines for AI‑assisted workflows.
  • Experience designing systems that integrate AI services, data pipelines, and evaluation frameworks into production products.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to drive consensus on requirements and ensure timely decision‑making, task prioritization, and resource management.
  • A passion for collaborating with design teams from concept to production, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Consistent record of developing, leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers, fostering a positive and uplifting environment for professional growth.
