The Opportunity
Adobe is redefining how enterprises orchestrate customer experiences in an AI‑first world. At the core of this transformation is Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) the real‑time, cloud‑native foundation that unifies customer data, intelligence, and orchestration across Adobe’s Experience Cloud applications.
We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management, AI Platform to lead the next generation of AI and agentic platform capabilities built on AEP. This role sits within the Customer Experience Organization (CXO).
This is a platform‑level product leadership role, owning the AI capabilities that power Adobe’s vertically integrated customer experience stacks from core platform services to the applications built natively on top of AEP.
What you’ll doDefine and own the AI product strategy and execution for AEP, including:
Lead the long‑term product vision and roadmap evolution.
Shape and deliver future versions of Adobe’s agentic AI platform in close partnership with engineering,
Drive alignment across multiple internal stakeholders in a cross‑functional, matrixed environment.
Lead and develop a team of product managers.
Proven product leadership in platform or infrastructure‑level products. Enterprise platform experience at scale.
Strong strategic thinking skills, ability to think in 2–3 year moat‑building horizons, not just short‑term feature cycles.
Deep AI/ML background along with a deep understanding of future enterprise customer expectations and AI platform architectures.
Track record of influencing and aligning cross‑functional executive stakeholders across product, engineering, research, design, and go‑to‑market teams.
Strong technical fluency; software engineering background or engineering degree highly preferred.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $190,400 – $397,250 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $255,500 - $397,250.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short‑term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non‑sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short‑term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of a new‑hire equity award.
