We build industry leading Ads Risk Control system that rewards high quality user experience and establishes trust between customers and business service providers. We aim to meet our users' needs with reliable and high-performing platforms and services. You will learn comprehensive domain knowledge in ads moderation, risk control and policy.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at Tik Tok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks beginning in 2026. Key Responsibilities
- Build highly scalable systems including ad fraud detection, risk control, ads integrity systems, to improve user's experiences with ads across the platform.
- Collaborate with users to build next-gen knowledge base systems including search engines, workflow automation, AI-empowered tools, etc.
- Contribute to the success of a rapidly growing and evolving organization with speediness and quality.
- Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally, in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent programming, debugging, and optimization skills in general purpose programming languages
- Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to:
Go, C/C++, Python, Java.
- knowledge in one of the following areas: full-stack, large-scale systems, data.
Job Information
For Pay Transparency Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $45- $60.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
