Responsibilities

Build development infra including Cloud IDE, code hosting platform, large scale build backends and ultra high QPS CI/CD systems for developers to use daily.
Build staging environment for Tik Tok, Ads, Shopping to enable internal users to experiment code changes while handling high volume traffic and tightest security control.
Continuous tuning of the underlying basic components to improve maintainability and automation of the infrastructure, ensuring high availability.

Qualifications

Minimum:
Bachelor degree in computer science or related technical discipline.
Experience working with Android, Java, Objective‑C, Python, Golang.
Experience in private or public cloud, backend architecture, storage system, databases, CI/CD system, build infrastructure, and big data.
Preferred: AI application development experience.
Preferred:
Experience with technical leadership and dealing with ambiguity.
Preferred:
Strong strategic thinking and team collaboration skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $212,800 – $387,600 annually (includes base pay, discretionary bonuses, and restricted stock units).
