Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with Android or iOS application development.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience in Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) development.
- Experience in Android Open Source Project (AOSP).

US: $207,000 - $301,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities- Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
- Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions.
- Drive the strategic design and evolution of Jetpack XR architecture.
- Partner with Engineering Productivity to optimize Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines and minimize manual quality assurance (QA) through automation.
