Pay Pal, Inc. seeks Sr Software Engineer in San Jose, CA.

Design, develop, and deploy efficient, elegant, clean, reusable code with no unnecessary complication or abstraction. Build and implement software that is simple, bug‑free, intuitive, and easy to use with a platform development mindset. Triage, debug, and fix bugs to deliver quality solutions and monitor applications through production. Understand the business requirements and deliver solutions that can scale. Apply advanced object‑oriented design and development principles to software infrastructure and technical issues.

Hire and build a world‑class engineering team that impacts engineering tial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Base pay:
San Jose, California | Salary: $‑ per annum. 40 hours per week; M‑F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
