• Design and build polished, responsive UI components and data visualization/charting experiences that make complex conversation data intuitive and actionable
• Build and iterate on AI-powered tools and interfaces that surface deal insights, risk signals, and next-step recommendations in digestible ways
• Collaborate closely with designers and PMs to translate roadmap initiatives into well-scoped frontend architecture and execution
• Contribute to backend REST APIs and services as needed to support new features (own the contract, not necessarily the deep implementation)
• Provide technical leadership on frontend architecture, component design patterns, and performance — contribute to code reviews and raise the UI/UX bar across the team
• Test, document, and maintain a frontend codebase that's an example to other engineers

• 3–6 years of relevant software engineering experience building production web applications, with React/Angular/Vue as your primary discipline
• Strong grasp of frontend architecture: component design, state management, performance optimization, responsive/accessible UI
• Working knowledge of — or genuine eagerness to learn — backend services and REST API development (Node.js or Python)
• Familiarity with relational/No
  
  SQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and search technologies (Elasticsearch/Solr) a plus, not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; highly responsible, enthusiastic, and thorough
• Proficient in Java Script , with strong fundamentals in async programming and modern language features
• Experience with Type Script, using static typing and interfaces to build reliable, maintainable code
