AI Transformation Engineer – Test Automation

You're an engineer who likes working directly with clients. You've built and shipped real software, you've gone deep on AI coding tools, and you want to help enterprise engineering teams adopt them for real.

You'll embed with client teams to build agentic AI workflows, roll out AI-assisted development and test tooling, and run the hands‑on enablement that makes adoption stick.

• Build agentic AI workflows and pipelines that fit into a client's existing SDLC
• Implement AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) across development and test teams
• Run workshops, pairing sessions, and enablement programs that get engineers productive with these tools
• Work with client engineers day to day, and with their leads on rollout and adoption

• 5-6 years building software, with hands‑on experience in Java, Python, or Go
• Solid grounding in SDLC practice across development and test
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation tooling
• Hands‑on experience building AI agents - Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or similar
• Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Augment Code
• Comfortable in front of a client: explaining your work, running a working session, handling questions

• Exposure to evaluating or measuring the quality of AI systems
