Software Developer, DevOps, Python

We are seeking a strong Backend / Platform Engineer to join a fast-paced engineering team focused on platform reliability, automation, and release engineering. This role is ideal for someone with a strong software engineering background who enjoys debugging complex systems, improving deployment workflows, and working closely with containerized environments and CI/CD pipelines.

• Develop and maintain backend/platform solutions using Python
• Manage Docker-based packaging and containerized deployment workflows
• Support Git Hub workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and OSS release cycles
• Debug and troubleshoot model training workloads and system-level issues
• Improve automation, reliability, and operational efficiency across engineering processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support releases and platform stability
• Drive continuous improvements in tooling, testing, and deployment processes

• Strong hands-on experience with Python
• Experience with Docker and container-based environments
• Proficiency with Git Hub workflows and CI/CD processes
• Exposure to OSS/Open Source release management
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Background in software engineering with testing experience
• Understanding of system reliability and automation best practices

• Experience supporting model training or ML workloads
• Familiarity with release engineering processes
• Experience working in high-ownership, fast-moving environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
