- Freelancer / Consultant Experience- 5+ Years

Person needs to be available at least for minimum 4 hours per day.

Leads design and development of scalable systems using advanced engineering practices and AI-driven insights. Drives architecture decisions, ensures high-quality delivery, and promotes innovation, automation, and continuous improvement in the project. Candidate must be proficient in , SQL Database and using Copilot for AI Assisted Development. Person should be able to present demos to customers and capture requirements from customers. Needs to have strong communication skills.

• Front End : ASP.NET MVC (CSHTML pages), ASP.NET (ASPX pages)
• Client Side : jQuery, JavaScript, Java Script
• Server side : C# WebAPI
• Database : SQL Server (Common for admin and user)

Code behind:

• Advanced programming and debugging skills
• Experience in cloud, distributed systems, and scalability
• Understanding of AI-assisted engineering workflows
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Must be aware of deployment techniques

• Software Development
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications
• Use AI tools for code optimization, generation, and performance tuning
• Ensure application is secure and resilient
• Drive best practices in development
• Aware of web application development
• Aware of webs services, authentication mechanisms and database management

• Get involved in architecture and technical decision-making
• Ability to perform code review code

• Break down complex tasks and convert them into development tasks
• Use data and AI insights for estimation and prioritization

• Maintain architecture and system-level documentation
• Use AI tools for efficient documentation
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership
