Get Paid to Help Train AI Robots

$30-$33/hr | No Experience Needed

This is a highly physical role. You'll be on your feet for most of the shift, performing repetitive movements such as walking, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, and carrying.

Weekend availability is required. All schedules include Saturday and/or Sunday.

Earn $30-$33 per hour

Hands-on experience with AI and robotics technology

Work with VR headsets and motion-capture equipment

Be part of a team helping build the future of robotics

No previous industry experience required

Wear motion-capture suits and VR equipment

Perform guided movements and activities that help train AI-powered robots

Stay active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting

Help collect movement data used to develop robotic systems

Follow testing instructions and scenarios

Report equipment issues when needed

Keep your workspace clean and organized

Swing: 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Overnight: 10:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Comfortable with physical activity throughout the shift

Able to wear motion-capture and VR equipment

Reliable attendance

Available to work weekends

Interested in technology, robotics, or AI

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
