The Rounds is seeking an hands-on Engineering Manager for a ~12-14 month interim assignment in Halifax, Canada. You will own technical architecture, drive engineering direction, and lead the software team while partnering with the CEO to keep the product roadmap on track.
You will code alongside the team, review architecture, and implement Dev Ops practices to ensure reliability, security, and compliance across a modern Go/React stack on AWS with PostgreSQL.
