Bluetooth Engineer - INTL "Bangalore

Job Title

Develop and debug system-level firmware and software for consumer systems (day-to-day)

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of industrial firmware development experience
• Strong programming experience with C/C++ and Python
• Experience developing system-level firmware/software
• Strong knowledge of Bluetooth communication stacks, including:
Bluetooth Classic 6.0, stack, profiles, Bluetooth LE Bluetooth Audio BLE profiles and services § Wearable or hearable space Appliance or automotive only if they are really good Low power applications Qualcomm Broadcom
• Experience with DSP and algorithm development
• Hands-on experience with embedded real-time operating systems
• Experience integrating, building, and testing multi-threaded applications
• Experience with communication interfaces: USB, SDIO, WiFi, Bluetooth/WiFi interoperability
• Working knowledge of DSP cores and audio frameworks:
Tensilica HiFi Kalimba DSP
• Experience using source control tools (Git, SVN, Clear Case, Perforce)
• Experience using defect tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla)

• Experience with TWS features, including role switching
• Experience with fast pairing and voice assistant integrations
• Experience supporting Bluetooth conformance and certification
• System-level domain knowledge in audio, video, or TWS ecosystems
• Experience working within Agile or Waterfall development environments
• Application of object-oriented software concepts

• Design and maintain system-level architectures combining hardware and software components
• Develop and support Bluetooth communication stacks and profiles
• Integrate software within complex customer application ecosystems
• Support DSP-based audio frameworks and algorithms
• Ensure overall system performance from both hardware and software perspectives
• Create and maintain technical documentation for system solutions
