As we grow, we're looking for a Net Suite Developer who can design and build solutions that stand up to real operational complexity.

The Net Suite Developer builds the backbone of our client solutions. You are responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable Net Suite customizations and integrations that power real-world operations. You work closely with consultants, integration engineers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions. This is not a ticket-taking role - you are expected to think in systems, challenge weak designs, and build solutions that hold up under growth.

• Design and develop Net Suite customizations using Suite Script (2.x), Suitelets, RESTlets, and Suite Talk.
• Build and maintain integrations between Net Suite and eCommerce platforms, 3PLs, WMS, POS systems, and other external applications.
• Develop and optimize Celigo integrator.io flows and custom integration components. Translate functional requirements into scalable technical architecture.
• Support core ERP processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and Financials.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP-based integrations using JSON, XML, and related protocols.
• Perform technical testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Document technical designs, integration mappings, and deployment procedures clearly and thoroughly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions align with business objectives and delivery standards. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to Hairball development best practices.

• Net Suite Builder:3+ years of hands-on Net Suite development experience, including Suite Script 2.x, RESTlets, and web services. You understand how Net Suite works beyond surface configuration.
• Integration-Oriented:
  Experience building integrations between Net Suite and external systems such as Shopify, Amazon, Salesforce, 3PLs, or other SaaS platforms.
• Business-Aware Technologist:
  Strong understanding of ERP concepts including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory management, and financial workflows. You don't just write code - you understand what the business is trying to accomplish.
• Systems Thinker:
  You design for scale, data integrity, and long-term maintainability. Problem Solver:
  Comfortable working through ambiguity and turning incomplete requirements into working solutions.
• Clear Communicator:
  Able to explain technical decisions to functional consultants and clients without hiding behind jargon.
• Accountable:
  You own your deliverables and stand behind your work.

Experience with Celigo integrator.io (Level 3/4 certification is a plus). Strong JavaScript and SQL skills. Experience with Suite Cloud development framework. Familiarity with subscription billing, returns management, or complex fulfillment models. Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments. Net Suite certifications are a plus, but demonstrated delivery experience matters more.
