Pacific Coast Trane/Fix Air is currently hiring a parts warehouse service associate in San Jose, California. This role plays a vital part in ensuring efficient warehouse functions, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, equipment upkeep, and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to warehouse operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and execute all inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with freight companies to schedule pickups, deliveries, and handle urgent or expedited shipments.
- Stock, organize, and rotate inventory to ensure optimal flow and warehouse efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and other warehouse equipment to ensure safe operations.
- Monitor and replenish warehouse and office supplies as needed.
- Prepare, stage, and fulfill customer orders, including daily will call pickups.
- Support a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
- Willingness to occasionally work overtime and weekends as business needs require.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
- Comfortable using ERP systems and standard office software.
- Ability to lift or move heavy products (up to 50 lbs).
