Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Inventory Control Associate to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role requires an individual who is detail‑oriented and efficient, with a strong background in warehouse operations and inventory management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and organization of the company's inventory.

• Pick and pack materials accurately according to order specifications
• Prepare and stage materials for outbound shipment
• Perform quality assurance checks on materials to ensure accuracy and condition
• Process inventory transactions in SAP, including receiving and issuing materials
• Conduct cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records within SAP
• Provide backup support to other inventory control team members as needed
• Maintain warehouse organization, including storage areas and aisles
• Read and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform general warehouse duties and assist with additional tasks as assigned

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience required
• Experience in inventory control (preferred)
• Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically active environment

Monday to Friday, 1st shift
