First (1st) Shift Order Filler Picker

Monday – Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

$27.15 per hour

All full‑time employees are eligible for an attendance bonus.

Pull and prepare the product for shipment ensuring the exact number and type of products is loaded. Verify product quantities, labels, and order information before shipment. Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals in a fast‑paced distribution environment. Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling, sealing, and palletizing.

• Efficiently pick customer orders or shipments ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Accurately count product inventory by location.
• Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing non‑powered material handling equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
• 0 to 12 months experience in a warehouse setting, preferred.

A minimum of 6 months’ experience operating stand‑up material handling equipment is required. Electric pallet jack operation is a plus. Must be detail‑oriented and a team player. Case picking experience preferred.
