About Us

Jet Pens is a growing online retailer that has been operating out of San Jose, CA for over 10 years. We specialize in premium writing instruments and office supplies, and have been featured in Wired, New York Times, and CNBC.

• We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our Operations Team to pick and pack orders among other warehouse duties.
• This position will only be open from August 2026 through February 2027.
• Though we call our facility a warehouse, it’s much smaller and cleaner than most typical warehouses. You can check out a video of our warehouse here:

• Great fit for college students looking for flexible work hours and/or to earn some extra cash.

• Pick customer orders from stock and package orders for shipping.
• Restock products according to predetermined warehouse locations.
• Perform cycle counts and verify inventory.
• Organize warehouse & common areas.

• Ability to stand for an entire shift and/or repetitively bend.
• Strong attention to details.
• Basic computer skills.
• Available for overtime if needed.

We are open the following hours:

• Weekdays: 8am - 5:30pm
• Weekends: 9am - 5:30pm

Schedule Requirements:

• Be able to work a minimum of 8 hours per workweek.
• Be able to work weekend shift(s).

Compensation:

• Starting salary range of $18.45 / hour
• This is an hourly, non-exempt position
