Position Overview

, you are the backbone of daily operations — ensuring technicians have the right equipment, at the right time, every time.

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• 8‑hour shift
• Weekend availability

• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy equipment and materials (e.g., water heaters, heat pumps, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable work ethic and ability to follow safety procedures
• Minimum two years of experience
• Undergo background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous experience with inventory management software, preferably Service Titan
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred to assist with diverse team communication

• Receiving/Recording Inventory: Efficiently receive, verify, label, and organize incoming inventory while maintaining accurate stock records.
• Order Fulfillment/Shipping: Pick, label, stage, and safely deliver equipment and materials to project sites in a timely and accurate manner.
• Safety/Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse while following safety protocols, using PPE, and safely operating equipment with prompt issue reporting.
• Teamwork/Communication: Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and promptly report inventory discrepancies, damages, or equipment issues to the warehouse manager.
