Salary Range: $22.00 To $24.00 Hourly

We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused Yard Associate to join our team. In this role, you ll safely operate a forklift, organize inventory, load customer vehicles, maintain our warehouse and landscape supply yard, and provide excellent customer service every day.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience as a Forklift Operator, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Warehouse Worker, Loader, or Landscape Supply Yard Associate who enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

• Safely operate a forklift to load customer vehicles and move products throughout the yard and warehouse.
• Assist customers by locating products, answering questions, and loading materials safely.
• Organize, stock, and maintain inventory throughout the warehouse and landscape supply yard.
• Ensure products are properly identified, labeled, packaged, and stored.
• Inspect materials to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete required documentation and inventory records accurately.
• Plan and prioritize daily tasks to support efficient operations.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support company initiatives while demonstrating professionalism and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Spanish bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Familiarity with inventory and warehouse procedures.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Point-of-sale (POS) experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Dependable with strong organizational and time management skills.

This position is active and hands-on. Candidates should be comfortable:

• Regularly lifting 25–75 pounds without assistance.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Frequently bending, stooping, reaching, and using hands and feet to operate equipment.
• Operating forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely.
• Working in a physically demanding environment throughout the day.

This position is based onsite at one of our landscape supply locations and includes work in our outdoor yard, warehouse, and loading areas.

You'll work in changing weather conditions—including heat, cold, rain, and wind—and around equipment, dust, and moderate noise levels. Required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety vests, gloves, and eye protection, must be worn as appropriate.
