• Minimum 2 years distribution / warehousing experience.
• Familiarity with electrical supply industry a plus
• Ability to communicate with various teams and contribute to a smooth workflow.
• Capable of adapting to evolving needs and overcoming unforeseen challenges.
• Good Problem-Solving Prowess
• Tech Aptitude.
• Familiar with standard warehouse management tools.
• Ability to lift / push / pull up to 50 lbs., climb ladders or onto trucks, and operate forklifts.

The CPC Logistics driver staffing operations center serving San Jose, CA is Hiring a Yard Crew Associate for an Electric Supply Company. The main function of the position will be yard Upkeep, such as assist in maintaining yard cleanliness and organization. Material Handling, aiding in the rotation of conduit materials. Equipment Care, assist in the positioning of yard equipment to prevent damage and ensure optimal working condition.

Parking Assistance, support designated parking zones, contributing to yard’s organized flow. Staging Support, coordinate connection between routes, trucks, parking slots and storage areas. and Loading/unloading, support safe loading and unloading protocols for all incoming and outgoing vehicles. The schedule will be Monday – Friday on the first shift.
This Position Requires Only 1 year of Route Delivery Experience!
