Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Technician to support warehouse operations, inventory accuracy,

material movement, and domestic and international shipping and receiving. This role ensures materials are received, stored, issued, shipped, and documented accurately while supporting production, engineering, procurement, logistics, and operations teams.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, inspect, verify, and organize incoming materials, equipment, consumables, chemicals, samples, and supplies against purchase orders, packing slips, invoices, and shipping documents.

  • Pick, pack, stage, label, issue, return, and prepare materials for production, internal transfers, customer shipments, supplier returns, field operations, and other business needs.

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipping and receiving with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, and internal teams, including support for customs clearance and import/export documentation.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records by updating systems, monitoring consumable and kit levels, conducting cycle counts, supporting audits, and reporting damaged, missing, incorrect, or nonconforming materials.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and audit-ready warehouse while following company safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, material handling standards, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing, hardware, energy, automotive, electronics, or industrial environment.

  • Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory control, material handling, cycle counting, and use of inventory systems, barcode scanners, shipping portals, or ERP/WMS tools.

  • Familiarity with domestic and international shipping documentation, customs clearance, import / export paperwork, carrier coordination, and logistics processes preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, good written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, and ability to safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. in compliance with OSHA guidelines and company safety requirements.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb stairs or ladders as needed.

  • Ability to work safely in manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and testing environments.

  • Ability to operate carts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and basic facility equipment.

  • Ability to use standard hand tools, computers, and testing equipment if needed.

  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and safety footwear if needed.

  • Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, and industrial processes.
