Inventory Coordinator

Fence Specialties, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Coordinator to support daily yard operations. This role is responsible for ensuring all materials, transfers, work orders, and inventory records are accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced construction yard environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.

• Receive and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips
• Perform routine and cycle inventory counts to ensure accuracy of stock levels
• Accurately enter transfer orders, work orders, and inventory data into Net Suite
• Process and close out all work orders daily
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all inventory and material movements
• Track materials being processed through milling machines and ensure accurate counts
• Coordinate material transfers between locations and departments
• Ensure all paperwork is completed, filed, and entered correctly into the system
• Maintain organization of physical and digital documentation
• Communicate with yard, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth material flow
• Support general yard operations as needed

• Bilingual in English and Spanish(required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic to intermediate computer skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus

• Ability to accurately handle data entry and documentation
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to work in an active yard environment around trucks, forklifts, and heavy materials
• Prior experience in inventory, logistics, or construction-related environments is preferred

• Work performed in both office and outdoor yard settings
• Exposure to construction materials such as wood, chain-link, vinyl, and hardware
• Regular walking, standing, and occasional lifting required
