Warehouse / Inventory Clerk

Location: San Jose, CA 95131
Contract: 3+ Months
Pay Rate: $19.00–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse / Inventory Clerk to support day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations. This role will focus on returns, stocking, inventory handling, and cycle counting while providing a high level of service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process warehouse returns accurately and efficiently.
• Stock and organize incoming inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Receive, handle, and move warehouse materials as needed.
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Work through multiple service channels to consistently provide a high level of customer service.
• Assist customers in identifying solutions that help them get the job done.
• Identify customer needs and potential leads for additional selling opportunities.
• Follow established warehouse, inventory, and service procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, stocking, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with returns and cycle counting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
