Warehouse and Customer Support Representative

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including Builders, Designers, General Contractors, and walk-in customers.
• Greet customers, resolve inquiries and complaints, and build lasting relationships.
• Enter and verify orders and account information in the JDE system.
• Work collaboratively with the Branch Operations team and Sales Team members.
• Support the ISR and Operations Manager with walk-in showroom customers.
• Perform warehouse operations as needed, including inspecting, identifying, handling, and shipping inventory.
• Maintain and reconcile warehouse inventory, address discrepancies, and generate reports.
• Efficiently handle will-call customers and ensure professional service.
• Assist in showroom maintenance as needed, including cleaning, updating samples and labels.
• Perform inventory receiving, recording, issuing, and transporting goods .
• Assist Operations Manager and ISR prepare basic sample boards for branch or customer showrooms.

• 1-3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and thrive in a busy environment.
• Outstanding leadership, critical thinking, decision-making, and listening skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills and composure under pressure.
• Knowledge of database and query functions; functional computer skills required.
• Ability to accurately read and respond to non-verbal communication.
• Excellent basic math skills, including piece-to-square-foot calculations and product counting/tracking.
• Ability to create and produce basic sample boards and handle inventory safely and efficiently.
• Forklift certification and experience using a wet saw are a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, or other language as appropriate for the area.

Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients in the building and construction industry. Proficient in inventory management, order processing, and warehouse operations, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
