Randstad USA is seeking a Warehouse Outbound Manager to elevate high-volume fulfillment and shipping operations on site. You will lead daily pick, pack, staging, and loading activities, drive Kaizen improvements, and enforce standardized work to cut misdirects and delays.
You will own core outbound KPIs and use modern WMS and RF scanning to boost throughput and accuracy while ensuring OSHA-compliant safety and 5S discipline on the floor.
