Are you a floor-first logistics leader with a passion for continuous improvement? We are looking for a Warehouse Outbound Manager to take our high-volume fulfillment and shipping operations to the next level.
In this hands-on leadership role, you won't just manage the floor—you’ll transform it. Utilizing Lean Six Sigma and 5S methodologies, you will build a streamlined, highly accurate, and standardized outbound operation. Your goal: maximize throughput speed, eliminate shipping errors, and optimize pick-and-pack efficiency from dock to truck.
What We’re Looking For- 5+ Years of Logistics Leadership:
With at least 3 years directly running high-volume fulfillment, picking, and packing teams. - Lean Mindset:
Demonstrated experience with Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, or Value Stream Mapping (Green Belt or Yellow Belt preferred). - Tech Savvy:
Hands-on experience using modern WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Manhattan, or similar) and RF scanner tech. - Proven Track Record: A history of measurable wins—boosting line-picking output, slashing order errors, and improving labor efficiency.

- Drive Outbound Operations: Lead daily pick, pack, staging, and loading operations across all shipping lanes, guaranteeing top-tier accuracy and speed.
- Master Process Improvement: Apply Lean, 5S, and Kaizen practices to eliminate waste, shorten pick paths, optimize packing stations, and enforce visual management standards.
- Build & Enforce SOPs: Draft and implement standardized work procedures for fulfillment and quality control to drastically cut down on misdirects and returns.
- Own Key Metrics (KPIs): Monitor and elevate core outbound performance, focusing on Pick Lines Per Hour, Packing Accuracy, Order Cycle Time, and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
- Leverage Technology: Maximize modern WMS tools and RF scanning workflows to optimize order batching, wave picking, and stock allocation.
- Lead from the Floor: Mentor, train, and motivate outbound leads and floor staff through daily huddles, clear performance tracking, and direct coaching.
- Prioritize Safety: Maintain a spotless, 5S-compliant warehouse floor while driving full OSHA safety compliance and routine audits.
