Job SummaryWe are hiring an Inventory Warehouse Coordinator to support inventory operations across Etched facilities and in‑house engineering labs. This role is critical to ensuring engineers have the right parts, tools, and systems available when needed to keep development and builds on schedule.
This is a highly hands‑on role centered on receiving, inventory control, material organization, and internal fulfillment. You will pick up incoming packages from the loading dock, inspect and receive materials into our internal systems, check items into inventory, maintain accurate inventory records, and fulfill requests from engineering teams. You will manage incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory organization and warehouse processes while maintaining high accuracy and safety standards.
It is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining accurate and organized inventory in a fast‑paced hardware environment. This role runs on a swing shift (3pm–12am, Monday through Friday) and requires reliable transportation between Etched locations in San Jose (Santana Row) and Milpitas.
Key Responsibilities Receiving & Material HandlingPick up incoming packages and deliveries from the loading dock and transport them to the receiving area
Receive, inspect, and log incoming components, assemblies, tools, equipment, and supplies
Record detailed item information in internal systems and check materials into the inventory tracking system
Verify quantities, part information, and documentation against purchase orders and packing lists
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistic and Engineering teams on discrepancies or missing information
Label and route materials to the lab, storage locations, or build areas
Package items and prepare packages for outbound shipment
Operate 8000 lbs forklift (training will be provided)
Maintain accurate inventory records in internal systems and spreadsheets
Maintain real‑time visibility into material status via ERP (Net Suite) and inventory tracking tools
Organize and manage storage areas to ensure efficient retrieval and clear part identification
Conduct cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation efforts
Maintain clean, safe, and organized lab and warehouse spaces
Operate basic material‑handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, carts and a forklift
Ensure compliance with safety and handling requirements for sensitive components, including ESD, fragile, and high‑value parts
Identify opportunities to improve labeling, storage systems, and material flow efficiency
Transport and coordinated packages and material movement between Etched facilities
Serve as a point of contact for engineers requesting parts, tools, equipment, and supplies
Pick, stage, and distribute inventory for engineering builds, testing activities, and daily operational needs
Enable engineering production through efficient material movement
2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control
Familiarity with ERP or inventory tracking systems, such as Net Suite or SAP
