Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Shipping / Order Puller to join their client's team in California. This role is integral to the operations in a warehouse and distribution environment, focusing on accurately pulling customer orders, preparing materials for pickup, assisting with warehouse operations, and delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, is comfortable with physical work, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. Bilingual Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify materials, quantities, and product information before releasing orders.
- Assist customers picking up materials from the warehouse or yard.
- Load and unload materials as needed.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse and shipping areas.
- Follow picking tickets, work orders, and warehouse instructions.
- Utilize company ERP systems and warehouse processes to support order fulfillment.
- Work closely with warehouse team members to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
- Support additional warehouse and shipping duties as assigned.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, order pulling, or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical work throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently.
- Basic computer skills required.
- ERP experience is a plus; training can be provided.
- Friendly, easy-going personality.
- Customer-service oriented and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Team player who works well in a small, collaborative environment.

Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM
The position is temp-to-hire, offering the opportunity to join a dynamic team and grow within the company.
Salary: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
