Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 (DOE)

About The OpportunityWe are seeking an energetic, highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high‑level support to our Chief Legal Officer and our in‑house Legal & Risk Management Team. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a critical force‑multiplier, enhancing leadership productivity and ensuring seamless communication across service center staff, external partners, and field personnel. Job Duties and Responsibilities- Provide executive level support to the Chief Legal Officer ("CLO").
- Act as first contact and liaison for general legal questions, issues and problems raised by field personnel, Service Center employees, and residents or their family members.
- Act as first contact and liaison for outside counsel, and representatives of State and Federal regulatory agencies.
- Prepare correspondence, calendaring, travel arrangements, file management and other traditional executive assistant duties.
- Responsible for collecting and organizing a high volume of data and information, and maintain relevant databases.
- Gather and analyze data and prepare reports as requested by CLO.
- Manage docketing, filings of briefs with exhibits, notifications, communications and other such matters related to regulatory affairs.
- Support other team members as needed with regulatory and risk management responsibilities.
- Participate in communications with federal and state agencies, insurance companies and other such persons and entities.
- Manage the calendar of the CLO, with special attention to deadlines.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned and as related to the operation of the Legal and Risk Services Team.
- Minimum two years’ Executive Assistant or Legal Assistant experience required.
- College Degree (AA or better) from an accredited Institution.
- Superior customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Superior computer skills. Adept at MSWord, Excel & PowerPoint. Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro is a plus.
- Prior legal and regulatory experience is preferred.
