Assisting Hands® Irvine & Dana Point is an independently owned home care business located in San Juan Capistrano, CA. Assisting Hands® grew out of a desire to offer clients highly personalized non-medical in-home care, assisting the elderly, disabled and others needing support to maintain their quality of life. This position is primarily responsible for supporting the recruitment of high quality candidates and staffing and scheduling services for the Assisting Hands® Irvine & Dana Point office. The Assistant Staffing Coordinator supports efforts to match caregivers with clients based on needs, preferences and skill set. This position involves extensive telephone work and interaction with caregivers, clients, and other health care professionals.
The Assistant Staffing Coordinator also responds to inquiries from prospective clients to effectively increase our client base.
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High School Diploma/GED required. CNA in good standing a plus.
Qualifications:Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and relationship building skills. Must be well-organized, able to multi-task and have excellent attention to detail in a flex-paced environment. This position requires at least 1 year of experience in staffing or customer service, preferably in a senior service or health care setting. Must be an efficient and effective problem solver and able to work independently.
Reports to:Owner/Administrator
Primary Duties:8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
FLSA Status:Hourly, Non-Exempt
