Receptionist​/Front Desk

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Office Administrator to join a retail lumber and custom woodworks business. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with customers, supporting sales, and keeping daily office operations running smoothly.

Schedule:

Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM & Saturday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

Position:
Part-Time, In-Person

• Manage day-to-day office and administrative tasks
• Monitor office supply inventory and order supplies as needed
• Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
• Assist customers in-store and support sales
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and customer paperwork
• Follow up with customers regarding estimates and orders
• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer projects
• Communicate with customers, vendors, contractors, and the shop
• Maintain an organized office and showroom
• Assist with social media and marketing as needed

• Previous office administration, sales, or customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Friendly and professional with customers
• Social media or marketing experience is a plus
• Lumber, woodworking, construction, or home improvement experience is a plus, but not required
