Jerry Seiner San Juan Capistrano Honda is seeking a high-performing Honda Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead the dealership's finance operations. This onsite role is ideal for experienced automotive F&I professionals or sales leaders looking to advance their career in a family-owned dealership environment. You will manage vehicle financing, sell F&I products, and ensure a seamless, customer-focused experience.

$90,000 - $175,000 annually
Compensation may include base salary, commission, and performance incentives, in compliance with California law.

• Manage contract deals and vehicle financing processes
• Sell financial products including warranties, GAP, and insurance to meet dealership targets
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust
• Train and coach sales staff on financing options and best practices
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with dealership leadership to achieve sales, gross profit, and CSI goals
• Maintain compliance with all local, California, and federal finance regulations

• 3-5 years of automotive finance management experience
• Previous experience as an F&I Manager or high-performing automotive sales background
• Ability to meet F&I targets and drive revenue through financial products
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude and proven stability in prior roles
• Collaborative team player
• Proficiency with finance software and dealership management systems
• Valid California driver's license and insurability
