OneStream Reporting Analyst

Position Type:

Full Time, Exempt employee.

$90,000 - $120,000 annually, DOE.

This position based onsite at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, CA and may offer a hybrid work option after a 90-day probationary period (not fully remote).

We are seeking a talented and motivated One Stream Reporting Analyst to join our Financial Systems / One Stream team. In this role, you will be a key contributor in optimizing and maintaining our One Stream system to support our accounting and finance team and drive strategic accounting and finance initiatives.

• Develop and maintain simple to complex One Stream shared reports, including Dashboards and cube views utilizing the One Stream software.
• Deliver meaningful metrics, trends and insights via One Stream reporting.
• Analyze and build new custom reports using One Stream software functionality.
• Ensure custom reports function as designed based on business requirements.
• Provide support for existing One Stream reports.
• Document and report function and design to facilitate maintenance.
• Participate in report reviews with accounting team.
• Participate in testing and implementation of upgrades as it relates to report testing and validation.
• Collaborate with accounting the accounting team to understand requirements to build and support One Stream related reporting needs.
• Support business users through training and helping them to build locally run excel (XF and quick view) reports.
• Show proficiency in maintaining logic and calculations within cube view reports in One Stream.

• Bachelor’s degree required, master’s is preferred.
• 5 years of relevant experience in a financial consolidation role. required.
• One Stream report development experience highly preferred although experience with other financial software consolidation tools would be considered (HFM/Hyperion or Anaplan).
• Accounting background is preferred but not required.
• Ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and with confidential data.
• Background in supporting Accounting teams and basic knowledge of accounting.
• One Stream administration experience is preferred.
