Security Officer - Commercial Entry Screening

Allied Universal - Up to $21.75/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location by following site-specific access control procedures, security-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control entry and exit points by checking identification, validating credentials, issuing temporary badges as directed, and maintaining visitor, vendor, and delivery logs.;
Monitor alarm panels, CCTV, and other building systems as assigned, reporting irregular activity and documenting observations per post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access, hazards, and/or policy violations.
