Security Officer Gated Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor access, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent access control practices;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, common areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related concerns;
Support lobby and reception area operations by providing directions, answering general questions, and maintaining awareness of deliveries, contractors, and guest arrivals
