IT Systems Support Specialist
$80,000 - $90,000 Base Salary + Benefits
Growing Wholesale Plant Nursery in San Juan Capistrano, CA!
This rapidly growing California wholesale nursery is actively seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist to provide hands‑on systems and day‑to‑day IT support across their six Southern California locations. Requirements- 3+ years of hands‑on IT support experience across systems, resolving hardware and network troubleshooting in a multi‑site environment
- Comfortable operating across multiple platforms including Microsoft 365 and Net Suite
- Strong problem‑solving instincts with a clear understanding of the weight of decisions before acting
- A self‑starter with a genuine caretaker mentality who takes full ownership and sees projects through from start to finish
- Ability to travel to six Southern California locations as needed
