HEB 38 - San Juan, TX 78589. Launch your career in energy sales with Reliant. This bilingual Energy Sales Specialist positions you in retail environments, promoting Reliant Energy services and driving new enrollments.

• Promote Reliant electricity plans to consumers.
• Help customers lower energy costs and identify their needs.
• Handle objections and close sales in a retail, kiosk, or event setting.
• Build strong relationships with customers and teammates.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals and celebrate wins.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Accurately track and report sales activity.
• Ensure work station/kiosk or event area is clean, organized, and presentable.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (read, write, speak).
• Strong experience in retail or event sales marketing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift, set up, and tear down events.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to event locations.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.

Average earnings: $1,000–$1,350 per week with uncapped commission. Base pay of $14.00/hr guaranteed and next‑day pay via Daily Pay. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, a 401k with company match, and career advancement opportunities.
